What's Your Return & Exchange Policy?

We want every customer to be happy with every purchase they make.  In the event that you are not satisfied and you wish to exchange or return items, our returns and exchange policy is created to ensure a stress-free process.  You may return a product you are unhappy with if it is returned within 14 days of your order date.

How Can I Return An Item From An International Order?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have the hang tag on and be free from make-up stains. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way.

You are responsible for return shipping fees. We advise that you return your parcel using a tracked/insured service as only merchandise that has been received back to our warehouse can be processed for returns or exchanges. If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost. Please not that all sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

How Will I Receive My Refund?

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

Batik & Hand-Dyed Fabrics

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid harsh soaps that can strip natural dyes. Do not soak for prolonged periods—limit washing to 5-10 minutes to prevent dye bleeding.
Air dry in shade to preserve colour vibrancy—direct sunlight may cause fading over time.
Steam or iron on low heat inside out to maintain fabric softness.

Corsets & Structured Pieces

Less is more when it comes to corset maintenance—frequent washing can weaken the structure.
Dry clean when necessary, especially for delicate embellishments or boning.
Avoid machine washing or submerging in water to maintain structural integrity.
Steam lightly rather than ironing to avoid flattening design details.
