How can I determine my size in Irawo products?
All of our products are created according to established industry standards for fit and sizing. We recommend buying your normal size in all our styles, but if you have any specific fit or sizing questions, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Payment is debited from your account at point of purchase.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
All transactions on this website are processed using Shopify Payments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

When will I get my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Domestic orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. International orders will take up to 3 - 10 business days to deliver.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay for an international shipment?
You are responsible to pay the duties and taxes that are assessed on your shipment. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, which you will need to pay to release the shipment.
Where does Irawo Studio ship to?
We ship both domestically and to many international locations. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like further information or have any questions regarding our international shipping.

We use DHL to ship our domestic and international orders.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We do not currently offer same day delivery.
When will my order ship?
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email from us.
Domestic orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive- inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer. Once you have your tracking please contact DHL with any issues with delivery times.
International orders will take up to 3 - 10 business days to deliver. Shipping time depends on final destination country.
How can I change my shipping address?

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
What's your return & exchange policy?
We want every customer to be happy with every purchase they make. In the event that you are not satisfied and you wish to exchange or return items, our returns and exchange policy is created to ensure a stress-free process. You may return a product you are unhappy with if it is returned within 14 days of your order date.
How can I return an item from an international order?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have the hang tag on and be free from make-up stains. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. We advise that you return your parcel using a tracked/insured service as only merchandise that has been received back to our warehouse can be processed for returns or exchanges.
If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
Please not that all sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
How will I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
