We hope that you’re pleased with your order and won’t have to return or exchange. However, our returns and exchange policy was created to ensure that if you do need to, this process is as stress-free as possible.
Merchandise is accepted for refund or exchange if returned in approved and saleable condition within 14 days from when you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have the hang tag on and be free from make-up stains. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. We advise that you return your parcel using a tracked/insured service as only merchandise that has been received back to our warehouse can be processed for returns or exchanges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which you can either enclose in your package or digitally send it to email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge. You can exchange your merchandise for items of the same style in a different size or colour.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
